A big part of hangovers comes from being dehydrated (alcohol is a diuretic) drink plenty of water and get some food in your system and don't drink do much next time

B-12 lozenges, 1000mg. get the ones you suck on, so the B-12 is absorbed into your blood stream through your mucous membranes. B-12 is destroyed in stomach acids.

Try a little hair of the dog that bit you. Have another drink. It will counter the hangover effect. Or just drink tons of water and wait it out.

i read in a holistic medicine book that honey helps remove the alcohol from your blood… i always just shoot for a mcdonalds (mcgreasy) breakfast, and gatorade… and a shower… haven’t tried the honey… good luck!
